We offer expansive USPS delivery within the U.S. lower 48 state addresses. For the majority of our orders, we will expect to ship out within 2-5 business days. We typically ship via USPS media mail due to the educational and paperback nature of Meal Nanny products. U.S. media mail time is 2 to 8 days, depending on how far the package needs to travel within the continental United States. All buyers have the option of upgrading shipping speeds to USPS first-class mail or faster.

Can my order be tracked?

Yes, it can. Upon despatch of your order, we try to send an email with your delivery details from our courier.  We do ask for an email address so that we can send this information to you.

How long will my order take?

This depends upon the products you have ordered, some products are always prepared to ship so we get it out within 2 days. Some products are customized and require some turnaround time. Usually, delivery will be made within seven working days. If for some reason you have not received your order within 10 days’ time please contact us so we can be of assistance!

Orders placed by noon PST are normally processed and shipped within approximately (3) business days from the date the order was placed. Sales and launches extend the processing time to about three to seven (3-7) business days. Domestic shipping within the U.S. usually takes 4-10 business days. When we open up international shipping, shipping times may vary between 2-6 weeks.

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.

Can I get my order sooner?

For most orders, your order will ship out within 1-3 working days. If we already have prepared stock ready to ship then this will not be a problem. Media mail typically takes 3-8 days, depending on your location in relation to our business based in Seattle, Washington. If you need an order delivered faster and don’t have time to wait, opt-in for First Class mail or another higher shipping speed that will get it to you within 2-3 days. If you will need it quickly, contact us right away and we will try our best to find a solution together.

Can you leave my delivery in a safe place?

When you place your order you can leave a note in the comments section asking for us to leave your order in a safe place when the courier attempts to deliver to your location.  Although we can do this, we cannot be held responsible for your order once it has been delivered. Therefore, if there is any damage to the packaging or product but there is proof of delivery, we will not be deemed responsible.


We are confident that parents and supporting members will fall in love with our product because it can reestablish some control during mealtime and initiate peace. But it’s hard to guarantee a child’s response since all kids are different. If your child is unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, get in touch with us! We will gladly accept returns for items purchased from mealnanny.com and issue you a full refund (excluding shipping) on all unused merchandise (including packaging and flyers).

If fault has been decided to be on mealnanny.com’s part (damaged product, misprints, misspellings, etc.) – customers may keep the item even with a full refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund. If your order is returned after 14 days or your item(s) look used and opened, you will only be eligible for store credit.

For damaged items, send us details about the damage along with a photo and order number within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receipt.

You’ll also have the opportunity to tell us if you want to return the item for a refund or receive a replacement item. Please note that colors display differently depending on the screen so it will vary slightly. A minor variation does not constitute defective.
